ABOUT US – MEKHA
Mekha Real Estate Limited, established in 2018, is a property arm of Thai Siri Holding Company Limited whose business ranges from hotel and hospitality business, property development, investments and financial services. The flag ship property of the group is the Grand China Yaowaraj Trade Tower and Hotel.
The group was one of co-founder and one of the major shareholder of Grand Unity Development Co. Ltd., together with Univentures Pcl. and LPN Development Pcl. with extensive experience in developing many hi-rise, mid-rise and low-rise condominium projects, town home and single home projects.
Other companies in the group are Thai Housing Development Co., Ltd., Thai Siri Tour Co., Ltd. etc. The group has long history of housing development in Sathupradit area, Moo Baan Nakorn Thai (500-house project in 1970s), the WaterCliff Condominium, etc. Mekha Real Estate also developed a community mall in Bangplee Bangna area, the May Market.
The Urban Reserves is a premium, gated and low density exclusive pool-villa housing project, carefully crafted and built with the concept of maintaining the 100-year-old rain trees and other greenery originally grown on this land in a prime and well accessible location in the suburb of Bangkok Metropolitan city.
